Disease Resistance
Our study aims to investigate disease mechanisms and microbial resistance to various therapeutics, including antibiotics and antivirals. We will develop predictive models to foresee the emergence and dissemination of drug-resistant mechanisms and pathogens. Additionally, we seek to explore alternative strategies, such as combination therapies and novel drug targets, to effectively combat drug resistance.

Deciphering Pathogen Severity
We've developed a new way to understand how harmful germs make people sick. We use a innovative method that combines math and computer learning to study tiny molecules and how they affect the body. By looking at lots of different types of data, we can learn more about how germs interact with our bodies and make us sick
